7 September 2007: Warrego Catchment Lawsuit filed

The Environmental Defenders Office (Sydney) today filed a challenge in the Queensland Supreme Court to the proposed auction of 8000 ML of water from the Warrego catchment in Queensland, on behalf of Broken Hill based group Darling River Action Group Inc.
