Frank Sartor was the previous
NSW Minister for Planning. He was one of the main decisions makers in many big, environmentally damaging projects in NSW, such as the expansion of
Newcastle's coal port (Approved), the
Sydney desalination plant (Approved),
Anvil Hill (Approved), and numerous other
coal mines in NSW. Sartor lost his ministry during the fall of the Iemma Government on
2008 Spetember 5.
