Critical path analysis

Critical path analysis is a form of back-casting used to decide on a campaign strategy for social change. First, the final objective is set as a SMART objective with a timeline, and the steps needed to reach that objective are laid down, starting from the last step, and working towards the first step. A strategy is then formulated around the steps.
